Promoting Cycling for Transport and Recreation

One of the goals of the Sydney South West Area Health Promotion Service is to increase cycling as a form of physical activity by: working in partnerships to developing cycling policy; increase cycling skills by promoting cycling proficiency courses; advocating for infrastructure to support cycling and for a workforce development of qualified cycling leaders; to increase the awareness of cycling activities; and promoting cycling through research
