  • assessment and referral to health and welfare services
  • support in using these services where necessary
  • information and written resources on health issues, health and welfare services in community languages
  • health education and social support groups
  • opportunities to join physical activity groups

Staff available:

Migrant health workers from six different cultural backgrounds and languages - Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Turkish.

Who is eligible:

Members of migrant communities, health professionals and community workers.
